Fred and Barney Meet the Shmoo is a 90-minute Saturday morning animated package show produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions from December 8, 1979 to November 15, 1980 on NBC. It contained the following segments: The New Fred and Barney Show, The Thing, and The New Shmoo. The show was a repackaging of episodes from The New Fred and Barney Show and The Thing combined with half-hour reruns of The New Shmoo. Despite the show's title, Fred, Barney, the Thing and the Shmoo only appeared briefly together in bumpers between segments. In 1980, the Shmoo joined Fred and Barney on the "Bedrock Cops" segment of The Flintstone Comedy Show.

Buford and the Galloping Ghost is an American Saturday morning animated series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions which aired on NBC from February 3, 1979 to September 1, 1979 on NBC. It contained the following two 15-minute segments: ⁕The Buford Files ⁕The Galloping Ghost The Buford Files and The Galloping Ghost originally aired as separate segments on Yogi's Space Race from September 9, 1978 to January 27, 1979 on NBC. Following the cancellation of Yogi's Space Race, both segments were repackaged as one half-hour show.

The New Shmoo is an American animated series based on the character from the Li'l Abner comic strip created by Al Capp. It was produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions for NBC. The series aired in September 1979.

The Adventures of Shirley Holmes is a Canadian mystery TV series that originally aired from 1997 to 2000. The show was created by Ellis Iddon and Phil Meagher who had produced a successful series of books with Harper Collins, teaming up with Credo and Forefront to develop the TV series. Filmed in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the series follows the life of Shirley Holmes, the great grand-niece of Sherlock Holmes who, with the help of ex-gang member Bo Sawchuk, tackles a variety of mysteries in and around the fictional Canadian city of Redington. Her performance in the show led to actress Meredith Henderson being nominated for a Gemini Award in 1998 and winning one in 1999. The show itself was twice nominated for a Gemini Award in the category "Best Children's or Youth Program or Series" in 1998 and eventually won it in 1999. In the spring of 1998 Susin Nielsen won a Gemini Award in the category "Best Writing in a Children's or Youth Program" for her screenplay of the episode "The Case of the Burning Building". In the same year, Elizabeth Stewart won a WGC Award from the Writers Guild of Canada for her writing of the episode "The Case of the Maestro's Ghost".

The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries is a television series which aired for three seasons on ABC.
